How do I request a quote?
Fill in the quote form with the matrix (product), the tests and the number of samples, or write to [email protected]. From the test catalogue you can open the form with the test already filled in.
Do you have a price list?
We do not publish prices. A quote depends on the matrix, the tests and the number of samples; our sales team will send it to you.
Which tests are accredited?
Only the tests in the annex to RENAR accreditation certificate LI 871, on the matrices and with the methods listed there. In the test catalogue and on the service pages each analysis is marked “RENAR accredited”, “partly accredited”, “not accredited” or “subcontracted”. The accreditation status of each result is stated on the test report. If you need accredited results, tell us when you request the quote.
When does testing start?
Samples are received Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. Samples received after 13:00 start testing on the next working day. See the sample reception guide.
How long do tests take?
The standard turnaround is 10 working days. If you need results sooner, we can work as an urgent job for an urgency fee; the deadline and fee are agreed with the sales department.
How do I receive the results?
Test reports are issued by sample reception ([email protected]). Registered clients have access to the client portal.
The test report is sent as a PDF by e-mail. In the portal you can track the status of your samples; reports are not downloaded from the portal.
