Our results are recognised by authorities, certification bodies and business partners because the laboratory is independently assessed.

SR EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 – testing laboratories. Certificate and Annex no. 1 (21 pages, in Romanian). Renewed 24 April 2026, valid until 23 April 2030. Initial accreditation: 26 April 2010.

What accreditation means for your results
Accreditation by RENAR, the Romanian national accreditation body and an EA-MLA signatory for testing, confirms that ICA R&D meets SR EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 for the tests listed in the annex to the certificate. Results of accredited tests are therefore accepted across the European co-operation for Accreditation network.
Accreditation covers specific tests on specific matrices, not the laboratory as a whole. Each test report states which results were obtained by accredited methods. If you need an accredited result for a particular product, tell us when you request the quote and we will confirm whether the test is within our scope.
The current version of the certificate can always be checked in the RENAR register of accredited bodies (search for "ICA Research").
