The fourth edition of the FoodYouTrust International Symposium took place on 28–29 March 2024 at Politehnica University of Bucharest, as part of Polibiofest, under the theme “Food and Health” – the link between food, health and the testing laboratory. The official opening was held in the Radu Voinea Amphitheatre (AN010) of the Rectorate building. The second day closed with a workshop and a round table on the competitive advantage of technological innovation.
