The first edition of the FoodYouTrust International Symposium took place on 9–10 April 2019 at the Library of Politehnica University of Bucharest (313 Splaiul Independenței), 3rd floor, under the theme “New Lab Technology, Key for Quality Management”. The event was organised by ICA R&D together with Politehnica University of Bucharest.
Day 1 focused on trends and innovative solutions in food production, analysis and labelling; Day 2 on good laboratory practice for implementing quality and food safety systems.
